VFS Women in Acting Scholarship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vancouver Film School has\u00a0set up\u00a0<strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0Women in Acting Entrance Scholarship to a female Sisler student who meets the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student must be accepted (or has applied) to VFS\u00a0<em>Acting for Film and Television<\/em>program within one calendar year of graduating from Sisler High School before receiving scholarship,<\/li>\n<li>Student must apply for scholarship,<\/li>\n<li>Sisler staff will consult with VFS Educational Administration and Admission in the awarding of the \u201cVFS Women in Acting\u201d Scholarships each year.<\/li>\n<li>VFS reserves the right to review and approve scholarship winners based on the mutually agreed upon criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Female Student who has the highest average grade from the courses from 9-12 in the listed course pathway from section F of the MOU, (<strong>note:\u00a0<\/strong>and\/or satisfies the criteria determined by the scholarship selection committee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tuition reduction can be applied directly to the total VFS tuition in an academic year for the VFS Acting for\u00a0Film &amp; Television<\/p>\n<h2>NOTE:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><em>The Women in Acting Scholarship is a cumulative award \u2013 and can be combined with the Merit-based Scholarship offered at VFS.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The Women in Acting Scholarship\u00a0<u>cannot be combined\u00a0<\/u>with an Excellence in Media or Horizon scholarship<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The program start date for
