New @VFS Programming Scholarships for @SislerIDM coding students"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>VFS\u00a0<em>PROGRAMMING<\/em>\u00a0SCHOLARSHIP<\/h1>\n<p>Vancouver Film School has set up\u00a0<strong>2<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Programming Scholarships for<\/em>\u00a0students who meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student must be accepted (or has applied) to\u00a0<em>Programming for Games, Web and Mobile\u00a0<\/em>program within one calendar year of graduating from Sisler High School before receiving scholarship.<\/li>\n<li>Student must apply for scholarship.<\/li>\n<li>Sisler staff will consult with VFS Educational Administration and Admission in the awarding of the VFS Programming Scholarship each year.<\/li>\n<li>VFS reserves the right to review and approve scholarship winners based on the mutually agreed upon criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Student has enrolled and completed courses from 9-12 in the listed course pathway from section F of the MOU, (<strong>note:\u00a0<\/strong>and\/or satisfies the criteria determined by the scholarship selection committee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tuition reduction can be applied directly to the total VFS tuition in an academic year for the following program:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VFS Programming for Games, Web and Mobile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>* NOTE:<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>The VFS Programming Scholarship is a cumulative award \u2013 and can be combined with the Merit-based Scholarship offered at VFS.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>The VFS Programming Scholarship\u00a0<u>cannot be combined<\/u>\u00a0with an Excellence in Media or Horizon scholarship<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>The program start date for Scholarship recipients is subject to seat availability.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>SISLER HIGH
