Gautreau will present the production process, the techniques used to capture and post-produce the content, as well as the educational concepts that guide the project. Participants will have a chance to try the prototype using equipment provided at the workshop, including smart phones, tablets and virtual reality helmets. The workshop will be in English.<br \/>\n<strong>JAC GAUTREAU<\/strong><br \/>\nDriven by artistic challenges and a thirst for creative adventure, Jac employed his diverse skills to produce the East Coast Music Awards gala for twelve years as well as the multimedia live shows\u00a0<strong>Le violon fantastique<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Tracady Story 1, 2<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>and\u00a0<em>3D<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><em>Page d\u2019Am\u00e9rique<\/em><\/strong>. \u00a0In 2015 he joined the NFB as Producer in the Canadian Francophone Studio \u2013 Acadie where he is in charge of production for the ambitious\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.oceanschoolproject.ca\/\"><strong>Ocean School<\/strong>,<\/a>\u00a0a project which brings traditional documentary elements, interactivity, and virtual reality together in an innovative educational experience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join us at Sisler IDM for &#8220;The\u00a0Ocean School&#8221;\u00a0 Virtual Reality presentation on March 8.
