Meeting Agenda:<\/strong><\/p>\n March 6-7, 2017 with special guest: Disney animator Trent Correy<\/strong><\/p>\n MAniJam (Manitoba Animation Jam Out Session) is a creative challenge brought to you by\u00a0Sisler IDM & Trent Correy.\u00a0Student film-makers, animators &\u00a0artists will be\u00a0challenged to create animations in just 3 hours (sort of! remember School does end at 3:30 pm). 3\u00a0hours to create an animation from start to finish does sound crazy, but that\u2019s the whole fun of it. \u00a0Every student\u2019s animation must start and finish with the same Key-Frames. \u00a0Students may animate using any of the following tools:<\/p>\n 9:00 \u2013 10:15:<\/strong>\u00a0Presentation: Trent\u2019s Path to working at Disney\/Portfolio 9:00 \u2013 9:45:\u00a0<\/strong>Talk \u2013 Pitching a story and how to start an animated short Mandatory meeting for all Sisler students Your spot may be given away if you do not show up to the meeting. <\/h3>\n\nOn March 6 & 7th, Disney animator Trent Correy (a former student) will be leading a 2 day celebration of Animation live @ Sisler\u2026we are calling it MAniJam (Manitoba Animation Jam). Trent was one of the animators on the Academy Award winning animations: Frozen, Big Hero 6, & Feast and on the Golden Globe winning movie\u00a0Zootopia and the nominated Moana. His work also includes The Smurfs movie, TMNT and many more. This will be an intimate event, with a maximum of 50 students (40 will be Sisler students).\u00a0At this point lunch will not be provided, but we are working on that.<\/strong>\u00a0There will also be a 4 draw for all 2-day participants to receive a copy of:<\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.sisleridm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/draws.jpg?resize=780%2C161\")
