The recipe of success is:<br \/>\n1. Specialized courses including the following:<br \/>\n          &#8211; Grade 9 Intro to Animation &#038; Film<br \/>\n          &#8211; Grade 10 Concept Art for Animation<br \/>\n          &#8211; Grade 11 Classical &#038; 2D Animation<br \/>\n          &#8211; Grade 12 Animation Project Management<br \/>\n          &#8211; Grade 11 Futures in IDM (Animation)<br \/>\n2. Skilled staff<br \/>\n3. Workshops &#038; Talks.  In 2017-18 we have had the leaders from the following studios:<br \/>\n         &#8211; Disney, Pixar, Zoic, VFS, Jam Filled, Loogaroo, and more<br \/>\n4. Industry Support, such as Toon Boom, VFS , NMM, MFM, On Screen Manitoba and more<br \/>\n5.
