Not only was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vfs.edu\/\">Vancouver Film School\u00a0<\/a>named #1 in Canada, but we were also ranked second in the entire world. It is an honour we take seriously and are humbled to receive.<br \/>\nAs part of the judging criteria, ACR looked at the depth and breadth of our program and faculty. We celebrate this recognition with an amazing group of educators who consistently reinvent a robust curriculum to keep on trend with industry standards. This, along with our long-standing reputation, one-year educational model, team of admissions, and industry-laden City of Vancouver, makes up the moving parts of VFS.<br \/>\nIn 2015 alone, our Animation grads have worked on some of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vfs.edu\/news\/2016\/01\/11\/vfs-grads-leave-their-mark-on-star-wars-the-force-awakens-and-the-revenant\">biggest blockbuster films<\/a>, including\u00a0<em>Star Wars: The Force Awakens<\/em>,\u00a0<em>The Revenant<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Spectre<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Inside Out<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>The Hunger Games: Mockingjay &#8211; Part 2<\/em>.
