About Melissa Best:
Mel became involved in the entertainment business early. She was in numerous plays, took acting classes for fun, modeled, danced and spent time working on movie and television show sets. She has a brother and a sister who have also been involved in the industry. She was first introduced to visual effects in High School where she was enrolled in multi-media class and studied graphic design in college. Her connections in the industry led to her landing a career in special effects.
