CREATE students in both the high school and post-high programs came in first in Safe Work Manitoba’s ‘Norm the Safety’ contest. The contest includes students to create projects that promote safe work to young Manitobans for a chance to win a cash prize – $2,500 for first place for both high school and post-secondary, and $1,500 for second place.
CREATE Winners:
- Jed Orellano and Ewan Gordon won first place in the post-secondary competition.
- Gabriel Beso, Charizze Balaswit, Jeremy Legaspi, and Laura Carandang won first place in the high school competition.
- Sean Monfero, Ethan Langit, and Yuan Cauyan won second place in the high school competition.
