Therese graduated from the CREATE program in 2019. With the support of the Shoeder Foundation Scholarship, she continued her studies at Vancouver Film School’s 2D Classical Animation Program. After graduating in 2021, Therese got straight to work as an Animation Intern for NELVANA’s “Super Wish”. Therese then joined Jam Filled in 2022 where she worked as a 2D animator for a year.
During her time in Sisler, Therese brought positivity and excitement into every project she worked on. After co-producing the animated short Tinker in 2018, she moved on to co-lead the animated short Camellia the following year, all while working on Vincent Reyes’ traditionally-animated Uffer-Sysym trailer!
Therese’s goal for the future is to continue spreading joy through her art and to one day run a successful business selling prints, stickers, figurines, and more!
