Sisler CREATE is honoured to have students under the mentorship of Arnon Manor, Senior Vice President of Visual Effects Production at Sony Pictures.
We began our relationship with Arnon during the creation of Cops and Robbers (Netflix, 2021), a short film for which CREATE student contributed animation. The film was long-listed for an Academy Award and won a Peabody Award.
Since then, CREATE students have been contributing animation for a film Arnon is producing and directing along with Kelsey Bascom titled ‘Quarter’.
Arnon also mentored CREATE students through the production of a short film titled ‘Am I Home’, an exploration of the foster system as told through the eyes of a child.
Arnon Manor has dedicated hundreds of hours of mentorship to our program and welcomed our students to the Sony Studios during our student travel initiatives to Los Angeles.
