Note to Families!

In the past, the payment for the yearbook has traditionally been collected with the graduation fees. This year, however, as the yearbook has evolved into a course, it has been removed from this fee and is now an optional purchase. In order for the school to be able to make the yearbook a possibility, a minimum of 200 yearbooks must be preordered and paid for. Due to printing deadlines, the yearbook orders will close this coming Friday, November 4, 2016. The yearbooks can no longer be ordered through the school, but rather directly through Friesen’s online purchasing site. Should the sales not reach 200 yearbooks by November 4th, you will receive a refund through Friesen’s.
Please note that the yearbook is produced through a non‐profit program and all monies collected will go towards the printing cost of the yearbook.
Who is printing the yearbook?
The yearbook will be printed by Friesen’s, a Manitoba printing company in Altona.
Who can purchase the yearbook?
The yearbook is open to all grades.
When will the yearbook be available?
The yearbook is scheduled for a mid‐June 2017 delivery. This will allow students the opportunity to have their yearbook signed before summer break.
What about graduation ceremony and dinner and dance yearbook content?
In an attempt to provide up to date photos of the graduation ceremony and dinner and dance, the graduating class of 2017 will be given the option of purchasing an insert containing colour photos of these events. This insert, which is of the same quality of the actual yearbook pages, is published as a booklet and designed to become a permanent addition to the yearbook via an adhesive strip. The grad insert will be available for pick up in the fall of 2017.
How much does the yearbook cost?
The yearbook costs $42. With the insert for the graduating students, the yearbook will cost $50.
Where can I order the yearbook?
