In June of 2018, Vancouver Film School will be granting over $70,000 in scholarships to Sisler IDM graduates to study Programming, Acting, Game Design, Sound Design. Film, VFX, Animation, Concept Art and 3D Animation
between 2015-17, over $135,000 in scholarships were given to 21 Sisler grads.
Student must be accepted into a VFS program by no later than April 20th, 2018 to be considered for scholarships]
Sisler High School and Vancouver Film School (VFS) has established the following educational media pathway scholarships applicable to the students entering Vancouver Film School media programs:
- Merit Scholarship (All students),
- Excellence in Media Scholarships (2 students annually),
- Horizon Scholarship (1 student annually),
- Women in Acting Scholarship (1 student annually),
- Women in Technology Scholarship (2 students annually),
- Programming Scholarship (2 students annually)
